The main objective of CirculART-e is to use the power of art, creativity and visual education to support the inclusion and active participation of people with migrant or cultural minority backgrounds into their local communities. Thanks to a cross sectorial learning environments, CirculART-e will fulfil the following specific SMART objectives:
OB1. Supporting the social entrepreneurship and engagement of young people with migrant and cultural or ethnic minority backgrounds through the participatory peer-to-peer method of the Empathy mapping for self-awareness, soft-skills development and identity-rebuilding;
OB2. Promoting the active participation of young people in their community, with emphasis in youth at risk of marginalisation because of their cultural, social and economic obstacles through “circular” and community-based initiatives;
OB3. Improving the skills of youth workers to reach out and address the needs of young people at risk of social exclusion through creative and attractive blended learning methodologies based on visual art education and the culture of the circular economy in online and offline contexts.
The project will also promote the accessibility to digital methods in art based education among young people, youth workers and organization thanks to the experience-based approach, enabling them to actively participate, be connected and work effectively in and out of physical distancing conditions.

TARGET GROUP:
The wide group of people with migrant and minority backgrounds who live in different EU urban communities;
Youth workers, youth leaders, educators working in formal and non-formal educational settings in multi-ethnic contexts;
Trainers and researchers working in the field of social participatory action-research.
