Nikki has devoted her working life to development in the voluntary and public sectors with particular focus on European and Transnational co-operation.  She has significant experience in business planning, strategic development,  fundraising and financial planning as well as programme delivery and development of multi-agency learning.

Nikki is particulary focused in the fields of social inclusion, equality and diversity, learning and employment, social enterprise and health.  She advocates active living and is a dedicated runner and yoga practitioner.

Anna designs, manages, and delivers our projects on a local and international level.  Along with her insight into multicultural contexts, international work experiences and qualification as a sociologist , Anna strongly believes in using specialist approaches that involve learners expressing themselves through creative and interactive learning experiences.

Anna is passionate about human rights, gender equality, youth development, sustainability, intercultural dialogue and social inclusion. She enjoys liaising with other stakeholders on coordinated advocacy campaigns.

Stacey is a qualified Chartered Psychologist registered with the British Pschological Society.  She is an experienced international Programme Manager. Her fields of speciality include Justice and Human Rights, anti discrimination, social inclusion. She is  passionate about reform and development in prison education.She is an experienced educationalist . 

Stacey loves to travel and  spend quality time with her family.  

Anja is the creative force behind the conceptualisation, coordination, and execution of our projects, spanning both local and global landscapes. Her primary areas of expertise lie in youth development, social inclusion, equality advocacy, environmental sustainability, and empowerment initiatives. 

Motivated by a profound ambition, Anja seeks collaborative partnerships with individuals who share her vision of supporting local communities and effecting positive change in people's lives. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Anja takes pleasure in immersing herself in diverse cultures and finding comfort in the beauty of nature.
